3. Non-Custodial Nature

  • HB Wallet provides tools to interact with blockchain networks but does not manage, store, or access your private keys, recovery phrases, or funds.
  • All transactions are conducted directly on the blockchain. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details before submitting them.

4. User Responsibilities

By using HB Wallet, you agree to:

  1. Safeguard your private keys, recovery phrases, and access credentials. We cannot recover your wallet if you lose this information.
  2. Verify all transaction details before submission. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
  3. Use the App only for lawful purposes and avoid using it for illegal activities such as fraud, money laundering, or financing terrorism.

5. Limited Liability

  1. No Recovery Guarantee: As a non-custodial wallet, we cannot recover lost funds, private keys, or recovery phrases.
  2. No Transaction Reversals: All transactions are final once submitted to the blockchain. HB Wallet is not responsible for errors or losses due to incorrect input by users.
  3. No Responsibility for Blockchain Networks: We are not liable for issues caused by blockchain networks, such as delays, errors, or downtime.

6. Fees

HB Wallet does not charge fees for using the App. However, blockchain networks may impose transaction fees (e.g., gas fees) that are beyond our control.

  • The App may integrate with third-party services, such as WalletConnect and external dApps. Your interactions with these services are subject to their terms and privacy policies.
  • We are not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of third-party services.
